We describe a new technique for the synthesis of ultrahomogeneous nanoparticles of precursor oxalate powder by coprecipitation in the aqueous core of a water-in-oil microemulsion for the preparation of Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O (2223) oxide superconductor.
