A low-temperature-responsive translation elongation factor 1? from barley (Hordeum vulgare L.)

A cDNA clone (pBLT63) encoding a protein synthesis elongation factor 1α (EF-1α) was isolated from a low-temperature winter barley shoot meristem library by differential screening.
