A microdialysis sampling (MDS) on‐line SPE (MDS/SPE) has been applied to redeem the detection after dilution to decrease matrix interference in the analysis of ketamine (K) and its two main metabolites, norketamine (NK) and dehydronorketamine (DHNK) in urine by HPLC.
