Abstract
To evaluate the feasibility and health improvements from a Zumba® intervention in overweight/obese women.Twenty-eight (14 type 2 diabetic and 14 non-diabetic) over-weight/obese women (BMI: 37.3±1.5 kg/m(2)) 50.8±1.8 y of age, completed a 16-week intervention attending Zumba® dance classes 3 days/week, 60 minutes/class.
