Abstract
We have investigated the ability of alpha(1)-adrenoceptor antagonists to affect the hyperthermia produced by methylenedioxy methamphetamine (MDMA) in conscious mice.Mice were implanted with temperature probes under ether anaesthesia and allowed 2 weeks recovery.
