Abstract
The effect of Oenothera paradoxa oil on blood serum and liver fatty acids composition in rats was studied. Rats were fed high‐fat diets containing 15% of lard or sunflower oil with or without 0.5% of cholesterol. Soybean protein isolate (27%) was the source of proteins.
