Effect of high-fat cholesterol enriched diets on hypolipemic action ofOenothera paradoxa oil in rats. Part 2. Blood serum and liver fatty acids

The effect of Oenothera paradoxa oil on blood serum and liver fatty acids composition in rats was studied. Rats were fed high‐fat diets containing 15% of lard or sunflower oil with or without 0.5% of cholesterol. Soybean protein isolate (27%) was the source of proteins.
