Selective IgA deficiency associated with glomerulonephritis and oligoarthritis.

A 59 year old woman with selective IgA deficiency associated with oligoarthritis and glomerulonephritis is described. She was seropositive for rheumatoid factor and renal histological examination showed a focal glomerulonephritis.
