A DEAE-cellulose filter disk assay for aminoacyl-tRNA

A filtration assay is described for quantitation of aminoacylated tRNA. [3H]Aminoacyl-tRNA is adsorbed on DEAE-cellulose filter disks under conditions in which unreacted amino acid is removed by a 100-mm glycine-HCl (pH 2.3) wash.
