Abstract
The antioxidant activities of the sage polyphenols, consisting of flavone glycosides and a range of rosmarinic acid derivatives, were evaluated for their capacity to scavenge DPPH and superoxide anion radicals and also to reduce Mo(VI) to Mo(V).
