Abstract
A comparative evaluation was made of the conventional spectrophotometric procedure and three published high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) procedures for the determination of malondialdehyde (MDA) as the thiobarbituric acid (TBA) derivative when applied to liver, fish meal, serum, and urine.
