Abstract
Microlithographically fabricated interdigitated microsensor electrodes (IMEs) were cleaned, surface activated, chemically functionalized (amine) and derivatized with an Acrloyl-PEG-NHS to receive a spun-applied monomer cocktail of UV polymerizable monomer.
