Structural analysis and antioxidant activities of polysaccharide isolated from Jinqian mushroom

Jinqian mushroom is a precious edible mushroom with delicious taste and high nutritional value. In this paper, a polysaccharide fraction JQPs was isolated and purified from the fruiting body of Jinqian mushroom.
