Preparation of amoxicillin intragastric buoyant sustained-release tablets and the dissolution characteristics

An intragastric buoyant sustained-release tablet (IGB-T) containing 100 mg of amoxicillin (AMX) was prepared to eradicate gastric Helicobacter pylori.
