Breeding Success of the Common Puffin (Fratercula arctica L.) on Different Habitats at Great Island, Newfoundland

Factors contributing to breeding success of puffins were studied on Great Island, Newfoundland, in 1968 and 1969. Puffin burrow density was negatively correlated with distance from the cliff edge and positively correlated with angle of slope.
