Abstract
Six dibutyl-1,3,2-dioxastannolanes, including two enantiomeric pairs, exhibited greater in vitro antitumour activity towards a variety of human tumour cell lines than cisplatin but with little discrimination, suggesting hydrolysis to a common cytotoxic intermediate.
