Dyschromatosis symmetrica hereditaria (DSH) (also called "reticulate acropigmentation of Dohi") is a pigmentary genodermatosis of autosomal dominant inheritance characterized by a mixture of hyperpigmented and hypopigmented macules distributed on the dorsal aspects of the hands and feet.
