Different roles of two transcription factor B proteins in the hyperthermophilic archaeon Thermococcus kodakarensis

Two genes, TK1280 and TK2287, encode orthologous transcription factor B proteins (TFB1 and TFB2, respectively) in the hyperthermophilic archaeon Thermococcus kodakarensis.
