Simultaneous determination of amoxicillin and ambroxol in human plasma by LC–MS/MS: Validation and application to pharmacokinetic study

A rapid, simple and sensitive LC–MS/MS method was developed for simultaneous determination of amoxicillin and ambroxol in human plasma using clenbuterol as internal standard (IS).
