Abstract
Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) perfluoroctanic acid (PFOA) and perfluooctane sulphonic acid (PFOS) are environmentally widespread bioaccumulative chemicals known to induce profound effects on the immune system. In this study, two types of PFC, i.e., PFOS and PFOA, were administered orally (daily) a dose of 20 mg/kg/d.
