Abstract
Congenital mitral valve regurgitation is a rare disease that is found in infancy and childhood, and sometimes in elderly people. In the case presented, mitral regurgitation that was tolerated well until the sixth decade of life is reported. A 62-year-old male suffering from dyspnea was referred to our hospital.
