Abstract
Using Maximum Likelihood and Bayesian analyses of three genes, nuclear SSU (nSSU) and LSU (nLSU) rDNA, and chloroplast SSU (cpSSU) rDNA, the relationships among 82 plastid-containing strains of euglenophytes were clarified.
