Abstract
The study examined the antiinflammatory and antinociceptive effects of the sesquiterpene (−)-α-bisabolol (BISA). The antiinflammatory effect was evaluated on acute models of dermatitis induced by Croton oil, arachidonic acid, phenol and capsaicin, respectively, in mouse ear.
