Abstract
Thin films of molybdenum sulphoselenide, MoSxSe2−x, (0 ≤ x ≤ 2) have been electrosynthesized on indium-tin-oxide (ITO)-coated glass and stainless steel substrates. The films were characterized for their structural, morphological and compositional characteristics.
