Abstract
Infantile hypertrophic pyloric stenosis is a common problem in pediatric surgery. Conventional management by the open extramucosal pyloromyotomy has been the method of choice for decades. Advanced, minimally invasive surgery also allows successful endoscopic management of this entity.
