Abstract
Laboratory-based, large-scale experiments are reported on pavement test sections with aggregate base layers containing a layer of geosynthetic reinforcement. The tests involved comparative reinforced and unreinforced test sections with pavement layer materials and thicknesses commonly encountered in the field.
