Abstract
Twenty eight essential oils were evaluated for their antibacterial properties, against four pathogenic bacteria (Escherichia coli O157:H7, Listeria monocytogenes 2812 1/2a, Salmonella Typhimurium SL 1344 and Staphylococcus aureus).
