Abstract
We have developed self-assembled chitosan/insulin nanoparticles for successful oral insulin delivery. The main purpose of our study is to prepare chitosan/insulin nanoparticles by self-assembly method, to characterize them and to evaluate their efficiency in vivo diabetic model.
