Widespread inosine‐containing mRNA in lymphocytes regulated by ADAR1 in response to inflammation

Adenosine-to-inosine (A-to-I) RNA editing is a post-transcriptional modification of pre-mRNA catalysed by an RNA-specific adenosine deaminase (ADAR).
