Abstract
A method for fitting sedimentation velocity experiments using whole boundary Lamm equation solutions is presented. The method, termed parametrically constrained spectrum analysis (PCSA), provides an optimized approach for simultaneously modeling heterogeneity in size and anisotropy of macromolecular mixtures.
