Size and density measurement of core–shell Si nanoparticles by analytical ultracentrifugation
Abstract
Si nanocrystals, terminated with cyclohexane and allylamine, were analyzed using analytical ultracentrifugation (AUC), dynamic light scattering (DLS) and transmission electron microscopy.
