Abstract
The effect of chemical treatment on physical and chemical properties, i.e., pore diameter, porosity, specific surface area, and chemical bonding of electrochemically formed mesoporous silicon were investigated by using of nitrogen sorption isotherm, scanning electron microscopy, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.
