Abstract
The extracellular polysaccharide (LEP) produced by Lachnum YM281 was obtained from the fermentation broth, and LEP-1b with molecular weight of 4.02×10(4) Da was separated and sequentially purified through DEAE-cellulose 52 column chromatography and Sepharose CL-6B column chromatography.
