To determine the comparative efficacy of non-biologic treatments for remission maintenance in ANCA-associated vasculitis. We identified all randomized trials comparing leflunomide, azathioprine, methotrexate or mycophenolate mofetil in adult patients with granulomatosis with polyangiitis or microscopic polyangiitis.
