Abstract
Amperometric biosensors containing enzymes butyrylcholinesterase or acetylcholinesterase were prepared. The biosensors were employed for studying of cholinesterase reactivator: HI‐6. Competitions between HI‐6 and acetylthiocholine as enzyme substrate were used for determination of IC50 value.
