A new tribe of Diamesinae (Diptera: Chironomidae) from the Lower Cretaceous of Mongolia

A new tribe of Diamesinae, Eugenodiamesini tr. nov. (Diptera: Chironomidae), is described based on a single pupa from Khutel Khara (lower part of the Tsagan Tsab Formation, Lower Cretaceous of Mongolia).
