Abstract
The toxic effects of tri-n-butyltin chloride (TBT) were investigated on isolated trout hepatocytes by flow cytometry (FCM). We developed a procedure permitting the study of cytosolic free calcium in these cells using the new fluorescent probe Fura Red.
