Abstract
Tissue plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1 (PAI-1) plasma activity and antigen levels were determined in 22 healthy overweight individuals (11 females and 11 males), before and after a period of 13 weeks during which the participants were subjected to a 4.2 MJ deficient diet.
