Abstract
Knoevenagel condensates of curcumin I were synthesized with p-hydroxybenzaldehyde and 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy benzaldehyde and allowed to react with semicarbazide to form the corresponding curcumin I-based ligands.
