Abstract
Recombinant cDNA clones of the complete satellite tobacco mosaic virus (STMV) genome (1059 ribonucleotides) were constructed with unique Xbal and HindllI or Pstl restriction sites engineered at the 5′ and 3′ termini, respectively.
