Dermal desmoplastic fibroblastoma presenting as a large sacral mass

Desmoplastic fibroblastoma (collagenous fibroma) is a rare and recently recognised benign tumour. Most desmoplastic fibroblastomas arise in the subcutaneous tissue or skeletal muscle.
