Quality of service analysis and resource allocation scheme for Long-Term Evolution network

In this paper, we analyze the quality of service (QoS) framework supported by the Long-Term Evolution standard and model the behavior of a finite-state downlink wireless fading channel based on the configurations and system parameters provided by the 3GPP Long-Term Evolution and provide experimental results.
