A combined vascular surgical and clinical genetics approach to diffuse aneurysmal disease

We report two patients who presented with extensive aneurysmal disease, in association with minimal external physical signs. Patient 1 remained genetically undiagnosed despite multiple structural, biochemical and genetic investigations.
