Abstract
The objective was to characterize naturally occurring circulating transfer RNA-derived RNA fragments (tRFs) in cattle. Serum from eight clinically normal adult dairy cows was collected, and small non-coding RNAs were extracted immediately after collection and sequenced by Illumina MiSeq.
