Abstract
Thirty-five nurse managers were interviewed, and 100 staff nurses were tested using the California Critical Thinking Skills Test (CCTST) and the Tennessee Self-Concept Scale (TSCS) to determine if a relationship existed between critical thinking and self-concept.
