Abstract
Rearranged IGH genes were detected by Southern blotting in 22% of 118 cases of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and involved monoallelic and biallelic rearrangements in 69% (18/26) and 31% (8/26) of these cases, respectively.
