Abstract
To locate essential determinants for angiotensin II binding, we have performed a systematic mutational analysis of the exterior domain of the AT1 receptor. Receptor mutants, deficient in peptide binding, were analyzed using radiolabeled nonpeptide ligand as an important tool.
