Abstract
The covalent structure of rat ribosomal protein L19 was inferred from the sequence of nucleotides in a recombinant cDNA and confirmed from the sequence of amino acids in a portion of the protein. Ribosomal protein L19 contains 196 amino acids and has a molecular weight of 26,971.
