Purification of tryptophan transfer RNA from chick cells and its identity with "spot 1" RNA of Rous sarcoma virus

Tryptophan transfer RNA from chick cells chromatographs differently in the reversed-phase column chromatographic system 5 depending upon whether it is aminoacylated or not.
