Abstract
The expression of E and D-type cyclins, Cyclin-Dependent Kinase (CDK) 2 and 4, as well as CDK inhibitors p21Cip1 and p27Kip1 were examined during in vitro differentiation of mouse embryonic stem (ES) cells.
