Abstract
Metastasic tumors involving the pituitary gland are an uncommon finding and occur in up to 1% of all pituitary resections. The authors present the case of a 46-year-old woman who presented with symptoms of diabetes insipidus. She had been treated 3 years ago for an invasive ductal carcinoma on the right breast.
